sister got approved
hey everyone, wanted to let you all know that on the 19 my sister got approved as i told you all she apply after me she apply on august of 2003 by sept or oct she had her EAD, by Feb she was ask to get fingerpritned and her first appoinment was n april but since her husband had not done his 2003 tax returned the IIO reschedule her appoinment for may at which time he told her congratulation she is now a USLPR . her card will arrived in the mail in the nex 12 month and he could stamped her passport, but since her passport had expired and it will arrived in two weeks he gave her a letter and told her to come back to get her stamping. he also took away her EAD told her that she no longer needed that and also her travel permit. she was so lucky casue i am havign probelms with my case according to USCIS they never received my medical and other reqeusted info so i am now appealing the case cause i did sent those papers certified mail and i got the retuned mail receipt. anyway i am happy for my sister. i just realized that it took the dallas office 9 month to process all of her paper work.
well guys keep the hope i am keeping mine !!!!!!!!
