H1 extension for spouse
Hi. I have a quick question. We are awaiting the approval of our i-485 based on my petition. This has been pending since September 2002. My wife and I are both on H1Bs. I just extended my H1B past the first 3 year period (still pending). My wife's 6 years will expire in October 2004. Can she extend her H1B based on our i-485 petitions of September 2002? Alternatively, can she apply for EAD/AP?
