ATTENTION New Jersey driver's license holders

ATTENTION New Jersey driver's license holders, If your case is something like the following and you have 797 acknowledgement receipt contact me at skgeet@yahoo.com. I plan to meet DMV offical about my greivance. More we are better it would be.
My case:

My H1-B extension is presently pending approval from INS. My current H1-B expires on May 31 ,2004. I went to the department of motor vehicle in New Jersey with the acknowledgement receipt from INS but renewal of my Driving License was still refused on the grounds that I did not have approval documents from INS.

Hi Guys,

I am in a position that, My NJ License, has been renewed twice based on my EAD Expiration dates, now it is again due for renewal on 24-JUN-04, same date as my EAD will be expiring, and my 3rd EAD is still not approved, 90 days from Receipt date will also be falling on 24-JUN-04.

In short, all these dates are falling on the same day 24-JUN-04. If on 24-JUN-04 I go for iEAD (Cannot go before that 90 days are not over), which I might get on same day, but my NJ License will be suspended, I will not be able to Drive to DMV with suspended License on 25-JUN-04.

Can any one sugest what options do I have, can I go for iEAD before 90 Days, or should I try DMV first, etc.

I have a colorado license expiring in 2006, but i have now moved to NJ and will have to get a insurance and registration etc. my existing h1 expires in sep 04, but i have applied for transfer/extension in march what can i do?
