H1B1 6th year extn based on approved labor
My H1B1 expired and I am currently on EAD and I have applied again for H1B1 Extention with premium processing...If my H1B1 is approved ..I have to leave to india or any other country for stamping???
If I go to India ,Will I have to go for personal interview or will I have to go for through dropbox procedure??

Was the extension application sent/received by VSC before expiry date?
Did you made sure that the requested start date was before or on expiry date? Then you dont have a problem. You can still use drop box.

my H1B1 expired 6 months back but I talked to Sheela Murthy,It seems based on my approved labor and I-485 receipt we can apply for the 6th year extention, If I get extention I don't have valid I-94 now, I have to travel india and go for H1B1 stamping in India in that case....How will I get my H1B1 stamping??, Will I have to use Dropbox procedure or personal interview??
I cannot generate paystubs.....will this will be a problem>?>

You do not need to go for a stamp. You can do a revalidation (within 1 yr of expiry from the last stamp).
