RFE response from INS for H1b 7th yr extension
Hi,
I have applied for H1B 7th year extension in premium processing on 13th April 2004. On 20th April, 2004, I got the response from INS online. INS has sent me the RFE for this case which I didnt receive till today. After I receive it and process it, how long does it take for INS to process on that RFE since my case was in premium processing. I will appreciate your help. thnks.
