Working for another company
I am on H1B Visa right now and is applying for adjustment of status as I am married to a US Citizen. Can I work for another company or start my own consultancy while I wait for work authorisation to come through?

Hi,
1. I am working on EAD. I always have a doubt what visa status am I in? 2. Can I work for two companies when I am working in EAD. Second companies work will be done in my evening hours. 3. Is it legal to get 2 w2's because of the above work style. Gurus, Please advice me. Thanks Viking
