Issues & Steps involved
Guys,
Consider me clean slate regarding info/issues involved in starting company. I'm currently waiting on MY GC to be approved and like to start a my own company work on some ideas i have. 1) Firstly please tell me whats the best way to go? like what are the options like scorp/ LLC? 2) Can i use my home address for company, any issues? 3) Is there a site you guys suggest me to read for all it takes to open a company etc? Thanks in advance, Yogi
