Need help with an Accountant
Hi folks,
I am a permenant resident and I have decided to open an S-corp consulting firm from the state of Maine in partnership with another acquaintance of mine who is also a permenant resident. I am having trouble finding accountant or CPA for the state of Maine who can help me with taxes and payrolls. It would surely help a lot if I can get more information or address of accountant/s in Maine State. Anyone have any idea how they go about doing their taxes and payroll stuff and how much is one charged. Thanks
