Branch office in USA
Hi,
My father has a export business in India and exports to USA and other countries with Head office in India. He wants to open a branch office in USA for further expanding his business. I am currently in USA and woring for a different company in USA on H1 B visa. My wife is on H4 visa dependant on me. How can my father open a office in USA? Is it required that he employes a US citizen in his office? What is required if my wife wants to work in my father's office in USA.
