Tax filing for LLC

Hi Gurus,
We have registered a LLC , in october 2003, we got the Tax-id, and opened bank account. but due to personal reasons we postponed our functions, i.e. we did not do any active transactions, such as buying or selling.

my question is,
do I still need to file my taxes for the year 2003.

Thanks in advance.

I am in the same situation. Do i need to file these tax returns separately ? If, Yes, What kind of form i need to file ? Is there anyway, we can file them together with our employment based W2?
