Transfer to Boston Local Office
Anybody,
My I485 case was transferred to the Boston Local Office on jan 21 2004 for an interview. My Details are as follows.

RD Mar 01 2002
ND Mar 28 2002
FP1 May 11 2002
FP2 Oct 28 2003
TD Jan 21 2004

Can someone let me know how long it would take to receive the notification from the Boston Office of the Interview Date and if so what is the timeline now-a-days for the interview dates.I spoke to my attorney yesterday and he said that the current timeline is about 6-8 months for the Boston Office to schedule an interview. Is this true.
