Conditional Residence Granted
My conditional residence was granted 08/12/03 and I received my Greencard which expires in 08/05. Naturally, I intend to file for the Conditional Status to be removed. My questions are:
(1) My wife and I have had some problems, and I lived at a different addresses for a short period. The issues have been resolved, and we are together, working things through. The form to remove the Conditional Status asks about different addresses, does this be disclosed? We are at the original address from where we filed. (2) What is the likelyhood of a second interview? When we originally applied, we had an interview with the Adjustment of Status. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks for your help!!!
