I 130 at California S C - Laguna Niguel
I got my I-130 "Notice of Action" received on August 28, 2003, my wife (US citizen) applied for my. WAC-03-245-XXXXX
Does anyone know how long it will take to get the approval???? Does anyone has a similar case and date???? If you DO PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!  migue1967@netzero.net

I (US citizen) filled petiton for my parents (I-130) at CA service center on January 27, 2003 (receipt date).
07/15/03: received request for more evidence. 09/09/03: Both petitions got approved. 09/15/03: NVC received petitions 01/26/04: NVC completed the process. 02/05/04: NVC forward the case to the consulate. I hope it helps and give you guys some idea.
