Baltimore Office AP Timing
Has anyone got AP or EAD or green card recently from Baltimore Office ?

My receipt date for (I130/I131/I485/I765 for all) = 10th Dec, 2003
Finger printing = 13th Jan, 2004
Finger printing result was transferred from FBI to BCIS = 16th Jan, 2004.


On the Web site, it is posted that they are processing I131 for 7th Jan 2004, but so far I have not got any letter from BCIS about my I130 and I131.

How long should I wait before sending inquiry to BCIS.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

EAD
Finger prints are done quickly now as they do all sort of FBI enquiries based on it. EAD call should come in 60-90 days.
