USC is on some form of welfare: disabiltiy
I am getting married to a USC but she has mild anthrities and does recieive disability. I currently do have a job, can I still file through her and if so what do we put for the sponsor income?

Don,
Yes you can file. She will have to file for your affidavit of support. If she can show her income and means above poverty line then you should not have problem. She should indicate that you are not financially dependent on her. |
