I found a $20 bill on the parking lot
I wonder if it is legal to just keep it. Maybe a few years
from now, all citizenship candidates must pass
a polygraoh test and imagine the question
"Have you ever commited a crime for which
you were not arrested?".

I don't understand. What crime did you commit other than a blatant waste of bandwidth?

One can not claim lost property, otherwise
it is a crime
