N-470 Question...
Hello:
I have a question regarding the N-470 form. I received my greencard on 2001 and I have not left the country since. I am planning to work in Intel China. In order to qualify for N-470... Should I work in Intel in the US first then request transfer to China? Or is it possible to apply directly to Intel in China.... Please note that I am currently not working for Intel....It will be the easiest for me to apply directly to Intel offices in China. Please let me know if that would qualify me for N-470. Thank you very much
