Address Change question
In AR-11, there are two addresses. One I think is only for courier services. Will I be able to send it by certified or registered mail since the other address has a P.O. Box.
Also for the section where it says " I WORK FOR OR ATTEND SCHOOL AT", do we have to strike off one that is not applicable or simply answer it without strking off anything.Greatly appreciate your help. Thanks
