Question Starting a buisness
I got my GC in 2002.
I have plans to do a part time job or start my own buisness while continuing my full time job.
Would it be legal for me to do this ?

Please advice.

I have a similar question. What if after six months of getting the green card I decide to leave my job and start a retail business (different from current profession). Would that cause a question at citizenship time?

I have known people who have started their own business (consultancy, audio CDs..) within 6 months of their GC approval.

No one has reported any problem yet.
