AR11 question

I got my plastic card few months back.

I am temporarily moving to a new place for 3 months and also still maintaining the old address, do i need to file AR11 ? if so do I also need to call Nations service center to inform about the change of address ?

<3 months does not matter. No need to file
AR-11. But if you don't care about losing some
stamps, there is no hurt filing it anyway.
If you file it, then you have to file again when you
come back

Americanwannabe thanks for the reply. If i send a AR11 form do i need to call NSC also ?

as suggested since this is a temporary move there is no need to file AR11 but if you decide to do so use this link for the form and where to file:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.htm

2-3 weeks after you have filed AR-11 call BCIS 800 number to confirm.
