This site has helped me in all ways to get Green card. I have huge problem in front of me please help me.
We got green card 10 days ago. My husband and me both are still in India and will enter soon. Now there is a problem in that. I can't follow my husband to US at the same time. We filled the papers saying that we both will enter US together but due to some problem I can't. Will this stop him from getting the Green card because I am not with him or is that I will not get green card because I will go later? Please help me as soon as possible because I am in big problem.

My next question is: what happens if after getting the greencard we both divorce each other. Will my Green Card get cancelled?

Please don't mix both the questions, they both are different and independent question.

Sorry that you misunderstood me. I am not a gold digger, there were tension in our marriage from the very beginning and this time when we came to India to give interview for GC, the involvement of his parents in our relationship made it worse. It is he who doesn't want to take me to US. I love him and want to stay with him. If you look from my point you can see I am the victim in this case.
Can you or anyone tell me that is this fraud in any case? If we both don't get together there is a chance that I will come back to India to my parents. I just asked this question because I wanted to know the rule.
Hope you know my situation and try to help me by telling the rules.

The documents (employment letter, etc.) that he would have had to submit in support of his application would have been adequate for soumi also. If this is indeed the case, soumi's husband doesn't have a whole lot to lose if soumi were to get her green card. On the other hand, if he were to accuse her of fraud, he would unnecessarily invite scrutiny to his own case.
