Can have impact on Green card?

Scenario

A person receives the employment based green card under programmer analyst category. and after that he worked with the same employer for nine months(more than six months).

After that he didn't worked for couple of months. His wife incorporated a home based 'S' Corporation and now he's on it's payroll.

Following are the questions
1- Is there any impact on his permanent resident status since stopped working with the employer who processed his green card after nine months?

2- Is it OK to work as a self employed or any other occupation other than programmer analyst, since he received his green card in programmer analyst category?
3- Is it ok to have employment history gap for citizenship processing, since he received employement based green card?
4- Can he work for his wife's 'S' Corporation?
5- Does he has to work in the same category/occupation, if yes, then how long?
6- Does Working not with same employer or working in different category can have any negative impact on his citizenship process?
7- Does his previous employer can revoke his green card?
8- His wife also received green card at then same time when he received through him, Can she open S corporation and he can work for her?
9- Can current salary can be lower then as described in labor.

My attorney told me to not worry about the time line after GC approval to stick around with one's employer who sponsored the green card.

He said that it would be hard to prove that someone had "no intent" to work for the sponsoring company permanently afater receiving his green card, as long as he did not quit the next day or even within 30 days after the green card approval. It makes sense as things change; and so do people. We all had the intent to work permanent at the time we got the green card, but once a good opportunity comes (better than your current job) some time down the road, why is it a problem to go for a better offer? It's not like we get fired or laid off by the GC sponsoring company.

I personally think that 5-6 months after GC approval date could be a good cut off to justify the "permanent" intent.
