Need a job after GC?

Do I need a job after GC? I just filed I485, don't know when can be approved. I think ahead, after I get GC and continue work more than 1 year, I want to quit my job. I have following options:

1. No job at all or work as a daytrader (no salary)
2. Start and work for my own business
3. Find another total different job in other company

My question is, will I meet some problems later when I renew GC or apply citizenship? Right now, I think the 3rd option will be no problem, right?

Thanks in advance!

****, thank you very much.

For safty, after GC, I plan continue to work for my sponsor about 1 or 2 years. Then later, I want to do something else by myself, and I hope there is no problem.
