RFIE -- I 485 filed at field office -- SFO

I am a US Citizen and filed for adjustment of status for my wife.

I initially filed I130/485 concurrently with the california service center and they accepted the I 130, cashed the money order, sent me the 130 receipt, but sent the 485 suggesting that it ought to be filed with the local field office. So, we filed the 485 along with 131 at the local field office -- I received a request for initial evidence requesting the I 130 and my wife's foriegn birth certificate.

In the package, my recollection is that I sent the copy of the 130 receipt from the service center, I am thinking that it must be sufficient evidence?, but what does this request for I 130 again mean?.

Regarding the birth certificate, we got it from the indian consulate in sfo and the field office seems to want the foriegn birth certificate.

what are my options at this point. any thoughts on the best approach to meeting the requirements?.
