I-94
Yes I have another question...
when I did my interview the officer took my original I-94. I have a copy of it. I saw lots of people in the forum saying that they had to give the I-94 to get their passport stamped. Is it true? my AOS is based on marriage to a us citizen. thank you all!!!

it shouldnt cause any problem. They will normally take the I-94, the EAD etc. Since you have the photocopy that should be suffice. Believe me the hard part is over and its just a question of getting it done now.. goodluck |
