I 130

For a us citizen living in the US to sponsor a wife living overseas will some one post the required steps involved (What forms to be filled)) and time involved. Also, is it easier to apply at the US consulate in the overseas post or in the US?

as a USC sponcering a spouse aboard you have to use the K-3 visa.

That's new. My wife filed I130 and G325A I believe. But then back in 1997, the K visa might not have been available.

If you are from India you can file I-130 at new Delhi office and person can enter US within three months. Do not apply here in US It is taking lot of time.

If i already filed an I-130 here in United States, can i file one again at New Delhi ? What is the procedure for it ? Where can i find this information ?
