biographical information question

Hi,

My wife and I are filing I-130/I-485 concurrently. I am the US citizen and thus I need to fill out two biographic information sheets for the I-130, one for myself and one for her.

My question is, do I sign BOTH copies or do I sign the part for me and she signs the part for her for I-130? I know for I-485 she signs it because that's her application, but I-130 is supposed to be my petition for her....

You sign the I130 your G-325A and the I864.. your beneficiary spouse signs the I485 / I765/G-325A and I131(advanced parole) if she wants to travel abroad.

NOTE: your wife dosent sign the I130 as you rightly mentioned its your petition for her..

good luck and keep us posted.

I know that I need to sign the I-130

My question was that since i need to submit G325A for me and her on the I-130, do I sign BOTH copies of G325A or do i have her sign one and I sign the other?
