    Green Card Labour

    My Green Card Labour is being filed in South Dakota, is there a chance of my Labour petition moving to Texas Region for Regional processing instead of Denver???????????

    You should have posted in Labor Cert. discussion group. Anyway, last time I checked denver sends the cases to Texas only if the cases are non-RIR.
