There is no way to check the status of your fee bill sent to St . Louis. The only way to find out if the fee was received by ST. Louis is when St. Louis informs NVC the receipt of the fee bill and NVC issues the packet 3.

how could this happen , and suppose it took more than 1 month not recieved what should i do , call NVC to resend me new bill or what ?

The whole process of St. Louis receiving the fee and informing NVC takes about a 20 to 25 working days. So it will be about a month before NVC will get any update of the fee received. Start calling the NVC once a week after about 20 working days have passed by since St. Louis received the fee.

There is no point requesting NVC to send another bill because you will be just paying double the required fee and it might be very difficult to get the refund from NVC.

Note: Since I am not sure of your origin country, please give enough time for the mail to be delivered to St. Louis. If you are from South Asia, it might take upto 2 to 3 weeks for the regular mail to be delivered. If you have used any courier services and the courier has a shipment/package tracking system, then you might be able to see when St.Loius received your packet with fees. It takes about 20 to 25 working days after St. Louis received the fee bill to inform NVC Portsmouth about it. Since your payment method is from a bank outside US, it might take much more longer.

    thanks.

    noble1975,

Since the payment to the St.Louis office of NVC goes to a PO
Box, the mail service may or may not be able to provide you
a delivery confirmation. This is the first thing you should ascertain.

The next indication you can get is by enquiring with the bank
which has issued the Cashier's check. They will be able to tell
you whether the check has been cashed.

Once the NVC, St.Louise realizes the money then they send
intimation to the NVC , Portsmouth , NH office, and the NH office
    sends you the packet 3.

Even within the US it takes anything from 15 days to 1 month
for the NH office to hear from St.Louis office.

So right now only thing you can do is track the mail delivery
    if possible, and wait.

    I totally concur with Raju.

Free advice: Before calling NVC (which I am guessing would be international call for you), I would first check with the bank issuing your $335 check to find out if it has been cashed. The moment you know it has been cashed you will be in good shape. And then follow the timelines as suggested by Raju!
