    Moving while 140 filed

    I had filed I-140 (Solo/EB2/Not Approved) around 9 months ago while living in Boston, MA. Now I may move to CT within the same company. Does it affect the process.
    1.Do I need to do anything else besides filing AR11 when I move.
    I believe that CT is also in VSC jurisdiction.
    2.If I need to to move another area outside VSC, say west coast, is it a problem in terms of GC processing.

    I-140 Solo EB2 AD 12/23/2003, I-485/EAD/AP ND 02/13/2004 , 2nd EAD 04/08/2005, FP done 06/16/2005 , FP Received by VSC: 6/20/2005, LUD without message change: 7/20/2005, 485 Approval LUD: 08/11/2005, GC stamped: 8/22/2005, Card Ordered as per LUD: 10/5/2005 , waiting for plastic card

    AC21 does not stop you from change in location

    AC21 does not stop you from change in location and salary difference is not a problem as well either lower or higher....only regulation is job should be same or similar and I485 pending over 180 days....hope this clears all the rumors that are floating around.
