    concurrent filling

    zmti,

When you say both I-140 AND EAD together , is this the EAD from 485 stage , sorry for being ignorant I am new to this process . Could you please explain this process or concurrent filling , I was thinking of i-140 and then CP . But I am not sure when one is faster .

    Thanks ,
    Rotny
