Post approval que - help pls

We got approved by local INS last month.
Now we got 3 sets of letters welcoming us in the USA and the have a I-181 receipt notice in them. They also say the plastic card will follow. But the letters have a LIN case number for a I181 application.

anyone got this before?
Is this normal?

Ay idea about how long it would take the plastic after this letter?

I-181 is the application for producing a green card for you. It will have a LIN# just like any other INS/BCIS application. You should get cards in 15-30days of receiving welcome letters.
