I realize and have to admit that throughout my life I am never the luckiest. Oct RDs are now getting approved, my case is still dead cold.

Very interesting indeed, especially when you compare these population figures with Rupnet sample statisitcs.

Is this statistics for only I-485? Very unlikely. Are you including all types of applications filed at Nebraska (like EAD, parole etc..etc..)?

I think he (she?) is parsing only 485 (FB, EB etc) cases. But it works out to 600 - 700 cases recd per day. Would that be a correct figure?

The counts are just for ALL 485s.

This statistics means there are just less than 1000, 485 applicants per LIN-02-XXX number.

This is a lot, estimating about 275X1000 = 275,000 per year for all I-485s, EB or non-EB based. in ten years 2.7 million migrating under I-485! Wow!

Can you check LIN-02-106 to see how many have FP recieved, and how many got Re: receipt notice?

LIN02081 corresponds to roughly jan 9, 2002. as per the stats posted by immigrationUSA, over 31% of them are approved. the one complete LIN posted as an example is really approved.

yet on rupnet, there is absolutely zero activity on 2002 cases. that would seem to suggest that, on the one hand, rupnet's sample is not quite representative, and on the other hand, the real i485 adjudication situation at NSC is actually better than it seems from the opinions/data gleaned from these forums and rupnet.

what say you guys?
