FP requirements and steps

Folks,

Many of us have just received our FP notices. Though there have been many scattered discussions about this, I would appreciate it if those who know can briefly outline the requirements and process for FP

i.e.

- What documents to take (We have had a lot of posting about Yellow form, Company letter, what to write in the company letter etc.)
- What is the process

If someone can briefly answer the above, it would be very helpful for all of us.

if it is VSC ,,take your FP notice ,, passport or EAD,, it says any valid photo ID ,,but they insist on passport to check your valid status

Just had it done today(NSC). The letter and a valid ID(dr. lic is OK) is all you need. There is a place to fill the A number on the application they give. So have it with you. Very simple process.
