What to do?

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum and I would like to ask question regarding my N-400 application.
What should I do if I say No to the question trips outside the US on my application, where in fact I did travel for a 5 days cruise to Bahamas on July 2007. I don't really remember the exact dates though.
Right now I am just waiting for my IL to come.
Should I just tell the IO during the interview that I made a mistake? That in fact I had travel outside the US?
What should I tell the IO?
Please I need your advice while I am waiting for my interview.

Don't worry about it. You are allowed to correct most mistakes (including travel dates) at the interview. The interviewer will go through your application section by section, just tell the interviewer about that 5-day trip when they reach the travel section.

You can mention that the dates are not exact, but try to dig up old emails or receipts to figure out the exact dates if possible. Don't waste too much time trying to find the exact dates though; a 5 day trip is negligible unless you are pushing the limits of continuous residence or physical presence.

I also have more question about my N400 application. I put N/A in the question "other name used" because I never knew that I should put my maiden name there, I mean my name before I got married. Will it be a problem?
What should I tell the IO? Please I need your advice as I am patiently waiting for my Interview.

And also I lost my old passport. Will they ask for my old passport?

You can tell them exactly what you've said here- that you didn't think of putting down your maiden name. Tell them, and they will probably add it.

You can tell them you've misplaced your old passport, and with only a 5 day cruise, you will be fine. They might check their own records to make sure you didn't lie, but that's about it.
