Recently I found that I miss typed delicate information on my application.
Upon calling costumer service they told me to write a letter to them explaining the issue which i will not address here.
The only question I have is whats the proper template that can be used to write this letter.
I started by going 4 lines below from the top of the page in the middle to right with date then 3 more lines down to whom it may concern, 2 lines down with the body letter, identifying who i am etc whats the problem and at the end with a sincerely, my name and a hand written signature, is this the correct format? I feel kind of dumb for asking such question that perhaps might be obvious nonetheless I don't wanna send a letter and look like a 4th grader.
