Interview results N-652 and spouse in Oath queue, but not me

    Hi Friends,

Last week myself and my wife had interview at same date/time but with different IOs.
    Interview went well, no issues.

For both of respective IO said they will be approving our case and try to schedule oath together.
However my wife's N-652 had "Congratulations" checked and mine was not.

Though my IO mentioned, she is approving my case, In my N-652 IO had checked "USCIS will send you a written decision about your application". By looking at that I asked the IO again, am I approved? she said I already told you "yes" and you will get Oath letter.

Later I my wife online status changed to "Oath scheduling queue" and mine is still "Testing and Interview". Till now all the prior updates were happening at the same time.

I am bit concerned, is mine put on hold? Is it common? do I need to be worried at this moment? or just wait for days/weeks?

    Thanks.

Yours probably needed an extra layer of review first. It could be that you had a criminal issue or something that required supervisor review OR it could be that the Officer was new and his/her cases required supervisor review.

No arrest, no criminal case, all taxes paid, had one 5 month stay out of US 2 years back along with my wife. IO did not ask any questions and she said she will try to schedule oath together.
Just now my wife case updated online, Oath is scheduled.

Can name check still be pending even after interview?
do you think I should take a infopass after waiting for a week or two?

We are in similar situation. Don't worry just wait. The IO has no reason to cheat you. Just need to go through some routines and you will get oath letter in a couple of weeks I believe!

I will schedule info pass if exactly one month passes and there is still no update.

    Anyone try e-Request?

I am in a similar situation, although I haven't been waiting as long.
amallige and rdxxs813, have you considered e-Request yet?

    https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

e-Request is a web-based tool that allows you to place an inquiry with USCIS for certain applications and petitions. You may make an inquiry on selected forms that are beyond posted processing times...
If the posted processing time for N400 is 5 months and you are beyond that, why not give it a try? Calling the 1-800 number doesn't seem to have any effect, but I wonder if this e-Request would? It's certainly more convenient than taking time to visit the USCIS office for InfoPass.

If I don't see any activity on my case for another week, I will try e-Request.

If it's within 45 days of receiving recommendation for approval, most likely you will only get a generic answer. It is quite normal to take 3 - 4 weeks for the oath to be scheduled, although some lucky guys are able to get oath letter on site.

What we need is update, as long as it's moving then we're in good shape. For myself I finished interview on 6/13, supervisor finished review on 6/20. It's moving.

Congrats! How's your online status? Has it changed between the interview and the oath letter?

After interviewing, I got N-652 and in that they have checked on two options

    1) You have passed the test for US History.
    2) Congratulations. Your Application has been recommended for Approval.

Also have several boxes are checked. One of them is "submit all requested documents". When I was interviewed, he didn't ask me supply anything even I have piles of documents in the front of me to show him.

Is it anything like this normal? Or my application is somehow questionable?
