Parents applying B2 while we are in EAD

Hi,
We are trying to bring my parents here and we are in EAD. our Ead expires on Jan 02 2003. Is there a chance their visa be rejected because of this? Thankyou.

You will have to send copies of your 485 receipt and EAD card along with copiesof passport, Affidavit of support, Bank letter, Bank statements, and employment letter.

Where can I get the format of the invitation letter and the other documents that you specified to apply for my parents to come here? Pls. let me know.

Under the visas section, click on "Visitor Visa". You will find all the information you need.

Also, it depends on the Immigration officer there in India whether to give 6 mon or 5 yr or 10 yr visa. You have no control over it. As a general rule, first time visitor's get 6 months and the next time they get 10 yr. But this is just a general observation and not a written rule.
