Time interval between two B1 Visits

    Hi,

I entered US in May 15th 2011 and left on Aug 5th 2011. This is my first visit to US in this year 2011. I visited twice earlier. One visit was for 3 Days (Oct 2010) and other Visit was for 15 Days (Sep 2007).
I have been called again by my client and I need to be there as soon as possible. As I stayed for 83 Days in this year. How soon can I travel back to US?

My Company is processing my H1 Visa but it takes some time. My presence is needed at the client side. We replied back to client that I cannot travel again on B1 need to wait till Oct 2011. My client want me to travel again on B1 in next week (25 Days between visits)

I would like to know the chances for my entry. I will be there only for 6 Weeks again.
    Thanks in advance.

Note: I travelled to AUS in previous year two visits on Business visa of 45 Days Duration (Oct 2010 to Nov 2010 and Jan 2011 to Feb 2011). Travelled to canada on Business Visa for 15 days in Oct 2008.

As a rule of thumb, no genuine visitor to the US should spend more than 6 months in the US during any rolling 12 month window. You should be okay in your attempt to re-enter. However there are never guarantees.

No genuine visitors are allowed to spend more than 6 months in US. Make sure that all documents are with you when you attempt to reenter to US
