    Obtaining USA tourist visa at a US Consulate in Canada

    Kindly help me with the following questions :-

    1). After how much time after [3 months, 6 months, or more ?] becoming a Canadian PR should a person apply for US Tourist visa ?

    2). What documents do you think should be taken at the time of interview ?

    Any help is highly appreciated.
