Hi i am from Azerbaijan.I came to USA on september 2011.Before theta i was in US 2 times so it was my 3rd time.I came with F1 visa.And the visa sponsor was Strayer University.When i came i decided to transfer out from there to another language school cause language lessons there were too expensive.I talked to the campus director there and he told me that ok you can transfer out no problem and gave the fax number and told me to send documents for tansfer to that fax number.Afet 1 day i sent documents.I thought that they received it but after 5 days they told me that they didn't receive anything,but the fax result was ok which means that they received that.I sent it 2nd 3rd time
but again they told me that no we didn't receive anything.Finally i took all documents and went there and gave all documents to them in person.They looked through the system to check if i am out of status or not,and they told me that ok you are not out of status we are gona transfer you out immediately.After 3 days i was in shock.Strayer university terminated my visa!I was like why?why they did it.Anyway they told me that no they are not goon fix it.i have to come back to my home country.I stayed a few month like 3 month more then i decided to come back home.I bought the airline ticket back to my country.Before coming back i went to Niagara falls with my friends to see how it looks like in winter.On our way there GPS took us to Canada borders.We did a you turn to come back but there US borders stopped us.And they saw that i am out of status.They put me in jail after 3 days i paid the bond and went out.And left the country before the court date.When i came back i sent a letter saying that i came back i am in my country to ICE!Now i don't know what happened there in court?i called them after court date but they told me that your case is closed i don't knw what it means?I don't know if i can come back to USA again or not?((There wasn my false(It was strayer university s false.I didn't know anything about rules thats why i came back and heard here that maybe i got 10 year ban.What you think,what happened in my court?They told me that case is closed.What happened there?

My girlfriend is in USA.She is studying there.I want to visit her this winter but don't know will it be possible or not?Help me please,what i have to do?

You have to apply for a B2 visa to visit your girlfriend. If it is granted, you will likely be allowed to enter. WIil it be granted? No one can know for sure but I expect it to be denied.

Well, you found out the hard way that Strayer is rather shady.
Just the other day, I found a spam email from them in one of my email accounts. They are trying to sell degrees like others sell fake viagra pills...
Trying to save money by going to some even cheaper institution is not the way to do things, anyway. Education costs money, good teachers cost money. That all is reflected in the tuition and fees you have to pay. You get what you pay for... If you want to pay less, you get shady institutions. That's just a fact of life.
Anyway, will you get a visitor visa? Maybe, but I think it is rather unlikely, with the history of being out of status.

Ok if i got ban for the entry to USA what i have to do now?How can i come back?Is there anything what i can do for the coming back to USA?I heard smthng about I-212?what is this?

How to waive those 10 years?Is there any way?

You should consult an attorney for a review of your situation.

Waivers are complex enough that the use of an attorney is advised. You can certainly apply but can further complicate your immigration history doing it worng. You need to consult an attorney.
