Traveling to Canada from US on L-1B

    Hi:

I am currently on L-1B in US and have a valid visa till May, 2012. I am planning to visit canada in couple of months from now.

    My questions are:
    1. Will there be any problems arise while returing back to US?
    2. This is my personal visit. So, Do I need to inform my employer if I am travelling out of US?

Please advice best options to travel canada without any issues.

    Thanks in Advance

    Regards
    Ramesh

Firstly, a Canadian visa might be required. There should be no other problems. Your employer has no need to know where you go on your personal time.

Do you have any pending I-485?
