    K3-i130 approved

    I just got notice of approval for both I130 and K3. At this point , I would like to pursue I130 only at this time. How do I cancel K3 (I29F)? Who do I need to call to cancel, is it National Visa Center?

    Please let me know.

    lucky u, would u mind telling me ur priority date ? normally when nvc gets both around the same time, they just kill the k3 petition. so u got nothing to worry. my i129 f got approved and got sent to the consulate. the i130 aint approved. they are taking ridiculous amount of time.
