    485 Case Status

    All,

    My case is in NSC and my priority date is Jan 2004 [ EB2] and its still pending, I had been to info pass appointment 4 times they are not giving me any information.

    I have written email to NSC and their reponse is "A check of our records establishes that the cases are not yet ready for decision as they are under an ongoing review"

    Please guys - what are the options for me , atleast I want to know where it is and why it is stuck?

    Which email did you use ?

    Did you move from one state to another?

    Did you email to NSC follow up?

    File form 7001 with ombudsman
