Question about DS-3032 and DS-0230

Hi,

Hope someone could provide answers for me regarding DS-3032 & DS-0230:

- Both my son and I are being petitioned by my husband. Do we each have to fill out the DS-3032 and DS-0230 forms? Or it would be enough to have just one since my son's name can be included in Item 31a of the DS-0230 anyways?

- My son is just 3 years old. If he needs to have a separate form, does he sign his name as well?

You only fill one form and include ur son's name in item 31a
