How Do I Get My Girlfriend to USA From Ukraine?

Hello, I am new to this site and this whole immigration thing. I recently met a wonderful woman. She lives in The Ukraine. I live in the USA. I want to get her here for a visit, and possible permanent stay and or marriage. What are the first steps I can take?

If she wants to visit she will need to apply for a B visiting visa (I believe its B1). These are hard to get though from the Ukraine so her visa application is not guaranteed to be successful.
If you want her to move over permanently then the best route would be the K1 fiance visa. This allows her to enter the US, marry you within 90days and then apply to stay.
