AOS approved, no change in derivative beneficiary status

Its been more than 2 weeks that since my 485 was approved. Till date there is no change in my spouse's case. The last update on her application was in 2008(which was for me as well earlier). I have a SR with TSC that said that her application needs further review. Is there anything I can do.
Is INFOPASS appointment better than calling the service center?

Take InfoPass appt, carry the printout of online status and if any email notifications.
