    TSC Officer Code 373 for I-140

    I got the A2P from the oficer#373.

    I wanted to check, if any one of our guys got any decision from that Taxas Officer(code:373)

    same officer, got query in 3 months back. answered to them on 9/1/09. Got some luds recently....no answer yet....same a2p query

    I and other person from my company got the same query(A2P) on same day for our log time pending cases from the same officer and we both submitted the same documentation on same day 8/18 his case got approved Yesterday 12/1 and mine is still in pending not even change LUD

    my lud also never changed...then i asked my lawyer to expedite after 60 days. you can expedite after 60 days if they didn't process your file. pl let me know if you need any more information. will be happy to help you
