Currentlly, I hold an F-1 Visa. My I-20 expires in August 2011. Can I get a B1 visa before my I-20 expires without getting my F-1 visa canceled? I mean, can I have both an F-1 visa and a B1 visa at the same time before my I-20 expires in August 2011? I do not want my F-1 visa canceled because I will graduate in August 2011.

Yes, you can have both a F-1 and B1-1 visa at the same time.
They are for different purposes.
To obtain a B-1 visa you have to return to your country of origin and apply at the US consulate.

You cannot have 3 types of visa on process at the same time.
