Question on job transfer and Labor application

    Hi
My application for Labor was filed in Chicago SESA on March. My work involves lot of travel.

Now I have decided to relocate to Dallas. Would this mean that the Labor application that was filed in Chicago becomes void and a new application needs to be filed in Texas.

Kindly let me know the answer at tchangu@hotmail.com

    Thanks

    No Title

My LC was filed with DOL Chicago Office and I never worked
in any state under Chicago jurisdiction except that
my paycheck is issued by Chicago-based headquarters.
My LC states that work site is "Can be 3-8 months at
any state thtu the States" or something like that,
which is certainly the truth because I had worked
like normad, got driver\'s license from 3 states,
paid state taxes to various states and counties,
    townships.

So check out the "work site" descrition on your ETA750.

I have gone all thru LC, I140, I485 without any trouble
    about work site
